Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external customers, ensuring high service levels and prompt response to Service Desk requests.
- Maintain and repair customer IT equipment, performing local repairs to high standards and coordinating with resolver groups.
- Manage spares and equipment, replacing faulty equipment and tracking replacements, while ensuring timely replenishment.
- Conduct site surveys for new installations, adhering to guidelines and best practices, and follow Field Operations protocols for installations and repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and manufacturer specifications, and report workshop performance and provide feedback to regional management.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and record data in the SITA Service Hub, and act as the customer's SPOC when needed, coordinating with resolver groups and escalating issues as necessary.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent IT qualification.
- 3 years of experience in IT equipment maintenance.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs) and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with system integration and interaction between different technologies.
- Proficiency in using tools for diagnosing hardware/software issues.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and implement updates/patches.
