- **Demonstrate leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing Salesforce development staff**:

- **Use experience in organizing, planning, and executing POD based development and implementation of Salesforce projects**:

- **Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience, including data source integration to support campaign list input, segmentation, and analytics**

**What you’ll bring**:

- **LANGUAGE: English, good verbal skills, with passable english reading and writing skills for planning and status documents and other deliverable documentation**:

- **Prefer 5+ years experience with hands on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience, including data source integration to support campaign list input, segmentation, and analytics**
