Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of digital specialists to drive eCommerce initiatives
- Oversee assigned eCommerce scope for clients, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
- Attend client meetings and support the team in client discussions and status reporting
- Build long-term relationships with clients by extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, continuously improving the overall client experience
- Advise the team on the complete strategy for clients, presenting creative, innovative ideas, and discovering new client needs
- Identify risks and suggest solutions to mitigate them
- Track the team's performance and progress towards goals, providing feedback and performance review, task allocation
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support for various projects within the same or different client when additional time is available
Essential Qualifications:
- Passionate leader with at least 1 year of team management experience
- Experienced in working with clients and ability to build long-term relationships with them
- Consultancy/Advising experience to help clients achieve their goals and KPIs
- Very good organization and coordination skills
- At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce, with extensive knowledge and understanding of this field
- Assertiveness, ability to resolve conflict situations and make difficult decisions
- Fluency in English (at least B2+/C1)
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Knowledge of common tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
- Knowledge of Amazon or MercadoLibre
- Knowledge of SEO principles
