Job Title: Field Tech Senior Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Tech Senior Representative to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software, and networking products. You will also be responsible for the installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
  • Installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
  • Serves as company liaison with clients on administrative and technical matters.
  • Interprets clients' needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives, or engineers.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
  • Basic client service skills.
  • Basic Asset Management and Asset Tracking skills.
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Significant travel, including overnight domestic or international trips, may be required.
