About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Director to join our team at Clarivate in Mexico City. As a key member of our Brand Experience Design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and delivering impactful designs across various platforms.

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise in visual design and creative direction.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams worldwide.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Experience working with global campaigns and brands, with a deep understanding of the complexities of international design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute design strategies that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Lead the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business needs and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide design direction and feedback to junior designers and agency partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive design innovation and excellence.

About the Team

The Brand Experience Design team is a dynamic and creative group of designers who are passionate about delivering impactful designs that drive business results. As a Senior Creative Director, you will be part of a small team working from our Mexico City office, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Brand in London, UK.
