About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacovigilance Team Lead to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team responsible for ensuring the safety of our medicines and driving regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global strategies for pharmacovigilance, culture, engagement, and performance management.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency targets are met.
  • Closely collaborate with Global Safety Bangalore and SO-DK to drive continuous improvements.
  • Provide input to safety data exchange agreements and pharmacovigilance system description documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences).
  • Minimum 8-9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry/Pharmacovigilance/CROs, including 2+ years of management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles and international regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
