Job Summary


This role will be directly reported to LatAm PV Coordinator. The successful candidate will act as a local representative for Galderma Mexico, ensuring quality management of all procedures, implementation of audit findings, and pharmacovigilance improvement projects in Latin America.



Key Responsibilities:



  1. Ensure quality management of all procedures, implementation of audit findings and pharmacovigilance improvement projects in Latin America.
  2. Assist Health Authorities in assessing risk-benefit for Galderma products, available 24/7 to send complete answers within regulatory deadlines.
  3. Operate routine vigilance actions of Galderma Latin America post-marketing surveillance, submitting adverse event reports to Global Pharmacovigilance (Corporate).
  4. Implement, elaborate, review, and approve procedures related to Latin America Pharmacovigilance, keeping them updated through periodic searches of pharmacovigilance regulations.


What You Will Do:



  • Act as Local Safety Officer (LSO) for drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics on behalf of Galderma Mexico with Cofepris (Mexico Health Authority).
  • Triage, process, elaborate, and operationalize processes and procedures related to Galderma Latin America post-marketing surveillance and clinical trials.


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, medicine, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
