Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing program coordination, balancing different timelines, priorities, and intra-team relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program coordination, ensuring seamless execution of events and programs
  • Provide strong on-the-ground support for individual events, communicating with stakeholders as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guest facilitators, mentors, and other program volunteers

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management, event planning, or training coordination
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
