**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automation Specialist to join our team at our industrial plant in Celaya, Guanajuato. As an essential member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the plant, collaborating with technical offices, and performing maintenance activities to guarantee optimal performance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the plant operates within KPIs and contractual performance parameters
- Collaborate with technical offices for problem resolution, on-site and remote interventions, spare parts procurement, and offers
- Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities on installed machinery
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities according to maintenance plans
- Participate in meetings with clients
- Prepare reports on activities carried out and plant performance
- Foster improvement activities, modifications, and possible solutions
- Conduct periodic training for customer operators
- Manage spare parts stock at the customer's site
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering areas
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of SW plc Siemens, Backhoff, Allen Bradley, Rockwell, Fanuc
- Dynamism and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Stress management
