Executive Chef Job Summary

This is a challenging role for an experienced and skilled chef to lead the kitchen team at Marriott International, Inc.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate food preparation and presentation to meet high culinary standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and other kitchen staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure all kitchen operations are efficient and effective, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a senior chef or executive chef.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 depending on location and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
