We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Test Engineering team and contribute to the quality operations of our Energy Transformer division. This role is based out of our Reynosa Mexico facility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tests to ensure compliance with contract specifications and industry standards.
- Supervise a team of engineers and ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet commitments.
- Oversee progress and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
- Perform administrative functions to support senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
