Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a dedicated Manufacturing Excellence Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for providing direct supervision to engineers and engineering technicians in one or more NPI programs, supporting the achievement of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People performance goals.

Job Description

The Engineering Supervisor has daily responsibility for coordinating the alignment of resources and equipment in the most efficient and effective manner to achieve functional goals. As a champion for the development of and deployment of systems and tools to drive continuous improvement, you will be expected to embrace the Manufacturing Excellence culture based on the Integer Production System.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, coach, and direct a team of engineering technicians and engineers in support of one or more product lines or process areas within a manufacturing site.
  • Establish daily/weekly/monthly objectives for team members and ensure effective communications throughout the team.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues as they are raised by members of your team, seeking cross-functional and/or organizational support when necessary.
  • Cultivate a culture of quality amongst your team, ensuring compliance to the established Quality Management System.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment where your team feels supported and openly communicates opportunities and issues.
  • Manage programs across multiple manufacturing sites, identifying risks and developing risk mitigation strategies to maintain program expectations.
  • Develop customer relationships to foster effective communication, establish program expectations, and minimize program risks.
  • Apply Lean manufacturing techniques to continuously improve cycle times and process flows, identifying opportunities for waste reduction in all manufacturing and business processes.
  • Apply DMAIC – Six Sigma approaches to solve issues and reduce variation in all manufacturing and business processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have had manufacturing floor experiences where you were directly supporting a manufacturing process or product line and/or the associated equipment or controls. You must possess strong communication & interpersonal skills, a bias for action, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. A clear preference for working in a team environment and establishing an expectation that team comes before self is essential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
