The Project Lead will work in Enterprise Cloud Services accounts in LAC. Key priorities include building and operating a world-class, efficient, and reliable organization to support customers' journeys toward their next-generation business, helping SAP customers realize the innovation power of SAP HANA and the SAP Cloud on a continuous basis, accelerating innovations to the S/4 HANA platform, managing system landscape provisioning, application installations, upgrades, and migrations, performing project management for all ECS Delivery Projects, and acting as the main interface to the customer project team to ensure effective communication.
To increase delivery strength, the Project & Program Office Organization requires talented, hands-on experts in application and technology areas. Ideal candidates are those who are interested in the combination of these areas.
Key Responsibilities- Act as key contact for all topics around ECS onboarding phase, ensuring a successful landscape transition into SAP RISE.
- Collaborate with extended teams (commercial, operations, product support, among others) to onboard customers into the cloud.
- The Project Lead manages the provisioning and upgrades of system landscapes in the ECS Private Cloud.
Expected salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
This role requires a strong professional experience in managing/running landscape provisioning, installation, migration, and upgrades, and minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with excellent command of de-escalating critical situations. A good understanding of SAP Cloud solutions is also required.
