Overview of Quality Compliance at Cardinal Health

The Quality department is tasked with the formulation and execution of quality guidelines, protocols, and processes to guarantee that products and services meet regulatory requirements and standards.

Quality Compliance plays a crucial role in the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and initiatives aimed at reducing risks, facilitating compliant business practices, and ensuring the integrity of the supply chain.

Position Summary

The Senior Specialist in Quality Compliance is responsible for ensuring the implementation of safety initiatives across the assigned facility by conducting facility assessments, driving performance enhancements, and performing onsite evaluations. This role involves adjusting submitted facility layouts and operational protocols to align with actual practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct facility walkthroughs to verify adherence to safety protocols through onsite evaluations. Provide training on regulatory standards. Engage in Internal and External audits. Oversee training documentation.

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Proficient in English. Familiarity with regulations such as ISO, 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR part 11, MDSAP, CMDR. Competence in computer systems.

Utilizes practical knowledge in applying concepts, principles, and technical skills to execute diverse tasks. Works on projects of moderate complexity and scope. Identifies potential solutions to various technical challenges and takes initiative to address them. Receives general guidance and may obtain detailed instructions for new assignments. Work is evaluated for logical reasoning and precision.
