About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team in New York City. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing commercial and consumer operational performance metrics. Your expertise will help drive cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights to achieve operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to assess account trends and customer behaviors, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and develop databases, dashboards, and reports to enable effective monitoring and analysis of performance.
  • Use advanced statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling to identify optimization opportunities and develop models to assess the impact of supply chain logistics changes.
  • Collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, Planning, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, share insights, and align strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
  • Define and implement data flows and processes to innovate for the business, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance of cleansed data.
  • Represent Channel Partner needs in HP supply chain network initiatives/programs and communicate Customer KPIs updates to executive management.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Channel Partners, Sales, Category, Logistics, and 3rd Party service providers.
  • Supply Chain Consumer/Commercial US Operational Experience.
  • Understanding of HP Supply Chain Systems and HP/Partner Interfaces (OIS, ERP, EDI, OSS).
  • Strong skills in Power BI and Data Analytics; leadership skills to influence and make independent judgments based on data.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to work with virtual teams.
  • Mastery in English and comprehension.
