The Payroll Analyst will be primarily focused on the preparation of the weekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This role will involve analyzing and correcting payroll data to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Download and process payroll data from various sources
  • Load overtime data into the system
  • Capture pre-payroll incidents, including holidays and absences
  • Verify and adjust errors in attendance records
  • Capture induction permits for new hires
  • Review and follow up on payroll-related emails with supervisors
  • Support the payroll coordinator in generating and delivering settlements
  • Provide customer service for payroll-related inquiries
  • Process and capture bank accounts for new hires
  • Capture shift changes for employees
  • Send payroll data to relevant authorities
  • Coordinate the delivery of food cards to employees
  • Support HR projects and finance initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or public accounting
  • 4+ years of experience in payroll
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
