The Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Director to oversee site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Site management oversight, ensuring patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance, and data integrity.

- Identifying critical data and process risks, and developing risk mitigations to ensure successful trial completion.

- Collaborating with project managers to escalate any risks to clinical trial management deliverables.

- Employing strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to propose and implement risk mitigations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, with a focus on site management and clinical monitoring.

- Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and data integrity.
