Job Summary

As a Lean Coach at Jabil, you will play a key role in driving process excellence and value stream transformation. Your expertise will help us achieve our vision of being the most technologically advanced and trusted manufacturing solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Value Stream Alignment
    • Collaborate with the Lean Six Sigma Manager to introduce and sustain a Lean culture within a value stream
    • Provide coaching and support on value stream design sessions, project identification, and prioritization
    • Monitor and improve Value Stream transformation initiatives to ensure continuous throughput time reduction
  2. Building a Lean Production System and Culture
    • Lead the integration of Lean principles, values, and tools to drive continuous improvement through Kaizen Events
    • Develop a system to ensure people development through value stream-focused Kaizen Events, Blitzes, and Lean projects
    • Establish a best practice sharing internal network using eKaizen
    • Responsible for the Lean Shop Floor Series and mentoring sessions
    • Align with the local Lean rewards and recognition program
