Caregiver Recruiter

**Job Summary**

The Homecare Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for Right at Home. This position involves actively seeking out qualified caregivers, conducting phone interviews, and collaborating with the Staffing Supervisor to facilitate the hiring process. The successful candidate will maintain a positive demeanor, effectively multitask in a fast-paced office environment, and provide a best-in-class experience for clients and employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Effectively source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent into the organization.
• Answer inbound referrals and inquiries regarding our employment opportunity and successfully convert inquiries into appointments/interviews.
• Interview, screen, and test applicants, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain documentation of associate work records in software systems and ensure current and complete personnel records for all caregiver associates.
• Answer telephones in an upbeat, professional manner.
• Communicate continually with associates and clients to evaluate service.
• Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of caregivers.
• Serve as a team player within an office environment.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all clients' calls.
• Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed.

**Requirements**

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
• Basic office and computer skills, as well as organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal relations abilities and telephone skills.
• Knowledge of common medical terminology.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
