About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our customer-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards and expectations.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or business administration.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
