About the Role
As a Materials Planner at ZF Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and use of materials, evaluating the needs, priorities, and requirements of the plant. You will maintain and improve annual KPIs for assigned supply chain, comply with customer requirements while maintaining business financial objectives and corporate requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review demand received from Stellantis through various channels and analyze demand increases/decreases to plan reactions.
- Conduct daily reviews of coverages, detect and solve critical issues, and follow up to avoid impacts on the production line.
- Supervise the control of raw material and components inventory levels, avoiding excess and obsolete materials.
- Update and send component requirements through releases processed in the MRP system.
- Track shipped material from directed suppliers.
- Enter invoices for transit for imported directed suppliers.
- Validate parameters in the MRP system.
- Reconcile material received vs. material shipped.
- Review and submit PO changes from directed suppliers.
- Plan unloading for domestic and imported transports.
- Analyze and adjust negative inventory.
- Perform QUAR audits and inventory parameter audits.
- Schedule transportation units for pickup with directed suppliers.
- Communicate discrepancies of materials received to directed suppliers.
- Manage DCCARD Tickets and variations within approved targets.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs of the materials area.
- Participate in CIS & ZFPS projects.
- Maintain direct communication with Stellantis TAP MLM group.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of procedures involved in activities.
- Support virtual import reports for the trades area.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent (preferred), Eng.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain.
- Specific knowledge: SAP, Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Demand, knowledge in STLA portals, Customer Requirements, Forecast, and ERP management (SAP, Oracle, QAD).
- Conversational English, reading, and writing.
- Stellantis portals: e-Supplier Connect, Web CHAMPS.
- EXCEL.
- OEM knowledge.
- Supply Chain.
