About this Opportunity

Eager to make meaningful and impactful contributions in the field of human resources? This role involves managing and coordinating long-term and short-term assignments, as well as the entire mobility life cycle, from assignment initiation to repatriation. This includes operational support, processing, advisory services, and point of contact for various stakeholders such as managers, employees, HRBPs, SMEs, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international mobility consultation processes for the USA and Canada, including expat hiring, extension, and termination, as well as supporting year-end activities.
  • Possess an advanced understanding of international mobility functions and processes, including TR benchmarking, immigration, payroll, compensation, benefits, HRMS, talent acquisition, total rewards, taxation, retro claims, foreign exchange retro calculation, one-time payment calculation, and more.
  • Provide medical expenses, visa cost compensation, check over payment of salary, and refund of payment support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing global long-term and short-term assignments with a multinational organization, managing assignees and expats across the globe.
  • Good knowledge of international mobility processes, directives, and ways of working.
  • Global payroll knowledge.
