As an International Area Manager at Parfois, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business in Mexico. You will be responsible for representing the brand in Mexico, ensuring that our image and guidelines are applied and followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the annual budget and business plan of each Partner, ensuring profitability;
  • Implement action plans developed with Headquarters teams in Stores;
  • Develop strategies to improve products and adapt collections to the market;
  • Advise Franchisees' local teams on recruitment, performance evaluation, and training;
  • Train Store teams on Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service;

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar roles;
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Availability for international travel;
  • Availability to live in Mexico.
