We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHS Coordinator to join our team at Julius Montz GmbH. As an EHS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety, health, and environmental procedures and best practices.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English language proficiency.
