We're seeking an exceptional Tech Partner to join our team at our Xico plant in Tlaxcala. As a key member of our support services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.

As a Tech Partner, your duties will include:

• Providing expert-level training and mentoring to ensure your success in the role
• Working closely with an intelligent and diverse workforce
• Contributing to global energy efficiency and sustainability efforts
• Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies and best practices

In this position, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Creating, receiving, monitoring, maintaining, and resolving work tickets
• Imaging, setting up, and supporting computer systems, monitors, mobile devices, and other equipment
• Maintaining on-site presence at designated service locations to provide support to end users
• Software installation and support in accordance with Schneider Electric standards
• Performing proactive and on-demand health checks of IT systems, including printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, and video conferencing equipment
• Training end-users on how to operate office automation equipment as requested
• Hardware platform troubleshooting and management
• Software platform troubleshooting and management
• Managing secure password administration for all provided passwords
• Supporting access to the corporate network, wireless networks, and applications (both on-network and over VPN)
• Coordinating task execution with guidance from Service Desk representatives
• Managing IT inventory, including moving, sorting, cleaning, and stocking of in-house stock

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of technical support experience, preferably with deskside technician support
• ITIL and ITSM experience is desired
• 1-3 years of experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting end-user technologies and services, preferably in medium to large-sized environments
• 1-3 years of MS Windows desktop or laptop OS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM is desired
• Mobile Device Management experience with supporting and managing mobile devices, configuring mobile policies, and deploying mobile applications
• Working knowledge of key technologies, including Enterprise Mobility, Collaboration, Messaging, Video Conference, and Unified Communication
• Working knowledge of LAN and WiFi technologies
• Working knowledge of Active Directory

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
