Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Services Analyst to join our team at Ingredion Global Business Services, S.A. De C.V. As a key member of our Learning Services team, you will be responsible for designing and producing interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that teach our employees how to use Ingredion HR technologies, HR Global Process Updates, and initiatives around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and attend HR service tickets
- Create and deliver e-learnings with interactivity levels that range from basic to advanced
- Manage training projects from analysis, design, and production of Instructor Led materials or Computer Based Trainings
- Present training and development programs using various forms and formats
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Work with HR Global Process Owners and HR SMEs to produce employee training records
- Work cross-functionally with the Learning team to load and maintain digital training assets into shared hosting sites, and build simple user interfaces for seamless user access to training assets
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with eLearning and digital training asset access
- Work independently and coordinate training projects, as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Identify and suggest methodologies of training, monitor emerging technologies, training development trends/standards, and make recommendations for adoption and innovative solutions
- Provide support with other Learning activities (outside HR scope) like course creation, course management, troubleshooting, etc. when needed
Requirements:
- Desirable 2+ years of Learning experience creating infographics, video tutorials, or e-learning content
- Desirable Workday and Service Now management knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Strong presentation skills
- Working proficiency of using Articulate 360 to create engaging and interactive CBTs is a plus
- Experience using video/asset development software, including Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud), etc.
