**Job Summary**:

The Strategic Planning Analyst is a key member of the Strategic Planning team at Cemex, playing a vital role in the organization's overall operations and senior management. This integral role involves preparing executive presentations, analyzing financial results, and providing insightful commentary on business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Prepare and present monthly executive reports to the CEO and Exco, including in-depth analysis and recommendations on business performance
• Develop and maintain accurate and forward-looking financial information for Investor Relations
• Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
• Support the annual budgeting process for the entire U.S. operation, including analysis and recommendations on pricing, volume, and cost benchmarks
• Design and develop financial models to conduct cost-benefit analysis and provide forward-looking information for forecast and 5-year plans
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Support the training and development of junior analysts
• Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure adherence to all Cemex, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Accounting
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and independent thinker with a strong analytical mindset
• Business acumen and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong business analytics and problem-solving skills
