Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a talented Strategic Growth Manager to join our team, driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
About the Role
As a Commercial Insights and Analytics Lead, you will work closely with our US RGM Team, providing data-based commercial insights to support pricing decisions and ensuring effective resource allocation across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust portfolio strategy and customer/consumer pricing strategies to reflect the organization's changing requirements and dynamic competitive landscape.
- Provide pricing-related observations and perspective on competitor activities, consumer trends, and interactions between categories and across price segments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives for sustainable growth of net income.
- Support the delivery of analysis and observations that feed the pricing and excise forum monthly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in data analytics, revenue management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders virtually and physically.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools and development of dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working in an FMCG company, with knowledge of RDBMS tools like SQL, Redshift, S3, MicroStrategy.
- Project Management, Agile, or Design Thinking experience.
