Job Title: Production Control and Logistics Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Control and Logistics Manager to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our production control and logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the adherence to the PC&L standard processes and the department budget.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in industrial or supply-chain management highly preferred, Bachelors degree minimum requirement.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues.
  • Knowledge of the APICS and Faurecia system principles.
