The Clorox Company is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to lead our North Latam region. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead the annual standard costing cycle and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial business partner support on specific cost initiatives and track cost-saving benefits.
- Act as the cost management expert and lead on finance change projects to improve processes and outputs that relate to cost management.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the North Latam organization.
- Responsible for preparation of financial reports and monthly reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- At least three years of experience in a Manager position, such as Cost Manager or similar.
- Experience in cost and cost drivers, business partner support on specific cost initiatives, and tracking cost-saving benefits.
- Experience in a regional position, budgeting and planning processes, and SAP knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, Master's degree desired.
- Fluent English.
