**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Finance to join our team. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will be responsible for leading the Health & Hygiene Group Planning and Analysis team and executing core financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Develop and manage financial forecasts and plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • **Financial Reporting**: Oversee the quarterly financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • **Financial Forecast Accuracy**: Ensure the precision of financial forecasts, identifying and addressing variances.
  • **Innovation Group Performance**: Monitor and report on the Innovation Group's financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • **Balance Sheet and Cash Management**: Manage the impairment process across the H&H Group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • **Cash Flow and Working Capital Optimization**: Optimize cash flow and working capital, implementing strategies to improve liquidity and financial efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting is highly preferred
  • Financial Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide actionable insights.
  • Financial Modeling: Expertise in building and maintaining complex financial models to support decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Strong skills in developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Data Management: Ability to manage and analyze large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, and financial software.
  • Presentation Skills: Capability to create and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive long-term growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial insights and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting techniques
