Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communications plans to engage, educate, and activate sailors and boaters towards restoring ocean health.
  • Oversee all communication tools, including email marketing, social media, and public relations, to position Sailors for the Sea as a leader in ocean advocacy and sustainability in the sailing sector.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms to drive engagement and action.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and manage requests.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytic and creative abilities, with effective communication and people skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, take on challenges, and draw on past successes and failures to solve current problems.
  • Experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
