Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Green-Gray Community of Practice Coordinator to join our team at Conservation International. The successful candidate will provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to expand the Global Green-Gray Community of Practice, a collaborative forum for practitioners of nature-based solutions to transform the engineering and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and coordination of meetings, working groups, workshops, and events, including venue rental, travel logistics, and material coordination.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting scheduling, calendar alignment, and periodic CoP emails and newsletters.
  • Coordinate logistics for CoP activities, including working groups and webinars on Zoom and MS Teams.
  • Support content development, including the Practical Guide to Implementing Green-Gray Infrastructure and the Green-Gray Infrastructure Funding and Financing Playbook.
  • Conduct research and support presentation development, donor reporting, and data and knowledge management as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office collaboration tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to function well in a multicultural, diverse, and fast-paced work team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for nature and preferably the ocean.
  • Technical knowledge of nature-based solutions, oceans, coastal ecosystems, and policy.
