We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receiving Supervisor to join our team at American Industries Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth management of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation and receipt of inventory shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient and effective material flow.
  • Implement and maintain 5S principles in the warehouse, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate local and foreign shipment discharges, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Process invoices and discrepancies in the system, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP system.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience with OEA and CTPAT programs.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Passport and H-3 VISA.
