Job Summary:
The Import/Export Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations and laws related to international trade. This includes reviewing contracts, identifying potential issues, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and shipment of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Anexo 24 (IMMEX) compliance
- Coordinate national and international transportation
- Monitor customs agents and create invoices in GR or Zoe, Milenio, Iexport
- Communicate with internal clients and carriers
- Develop internal metrics and track shipments and receipts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field
- Proficient English level
- SAP experience
- IMMEX companies experience
- Proficient Excel knowledge
