Mccormick & Company, a leader in flavour, is seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will report to the Director of Global TA Business Integration & Excellence and be based at our Mexico City location.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with business functions and provide best practice/continuous improvement to recruitment approach, regular updates on recruiting metrics/KPIs, strategies to address talent needs, root cause analyses, etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers through alignment meetings to understand business requirements, agree on sourcing strategy, advise on selection/assessment techniques/criteria, and next steps to support KPI's and SLA's.
  • Provide excellent customer service, coach others to deliver a distinctive customer experience, and take responsibility for ensuring work in the team is of high quality.
  • Lead complex escalations and their resolutions, actively participate in calls and internal meetings, and act as a subject matter expert for the broader team and internal clients.
  • Drive the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes, find better ways of working, and bring insight to the team to improve service delivery.
  • Lead global talent acquisition-related projects as required and directed to support achievement of business objectives.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Provide support and input for teams within and outside the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, either leading high-volume projects or corporate environments.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in languages specific to the region is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, along with a collaborative team player mindset.
  • A good networker with the ability to forge strong relationships, including customer relationship management.
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
