">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced HSE Technician to join our team in Tetla, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as identifying and mitigating risks within the workplace.
">Main Responsibilities
">Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to eliminate or mitigate identified hazards.
">Analyze environmental impacts of all processes within the plant and propose actions to reduce waste and emissions.
">Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and near misses.
">Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
">Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures and best practices.
">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
">Requirements
">A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
">Strong knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
