Job Summary:

The Regional Communication Strategist plays a crucial role in developing and executing regional communication projects, leading multidisciplinary groups to disseminate information throughout the organization using printed and electronic media, social networks, etc., impacting employee engagement and helping achieve the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and manage internal and external communication programs to support Jabil employees and business needs.
  • Work closely with Corporate Communication teams to align business objectives with leadership group goals.
  • Direct the planning and development of materials adhering to brand standards and style guidelines, including writing, editing, and directing production of designs, presentations, or promotional items, customer testimonials, and videos.
  • Drive the launch of new programs and communication campaigns for target audiences in the region.
  • Manage the planning, design, and annual execution of projects, tasks, and resources required for the Communication area.
  • Provide communication and knowledge in project management and deliverables of regional corporate communication solutions.
  • Develop a strategy for communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a consultant to innovative solutions to complex problems with leaders within the region.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Content generation (text, video, and photo writing).
  • Knowledge and experience with various social media sites and strategies.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of individuals/groups from a culturally diverse audience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding and appreciation of Jabil's unique culture and communication.
  • Computer knowledge - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Jabil offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
