At Mondelez International, we are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Leader to join our team in Mexico. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of field sales representatives and managers, driving execution of the sales strategy and achieving annual KPIs and targets.

The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelez International performs, experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interacting skills, solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes, perseverance and attention to details, and solid experience working within Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) / Traditional Trade (TT). Previous roles as Sales Regional Leader / Manager managing mid-large teams and omnichannel experience with focus in DSD / TT are also highly valued.
We offer a competitive salary of around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including extended maternity leave, open spaces, remote work, and flexible working hours.
