**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of tests and commissioning of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute tests and commissioning of HVDC systems
- Manage an international team of commissioning engineers
- Ensure contractual obligations and compliance with legal regulations
- Organize Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Monitor and document work progress, ensuring trouble-free construction site process
- Participate in internal improvement programs, such as Lean and Reviews
**Requirements**
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable technical education and training
- Several years of professional experience in commissioning or commissioning management of large plants
- Readiness for worldwide business trips and long-term assignments
- Basic knowledge in Project Management
- Good knowledge of German and English
**About the Team**
The EC CO2 department is responsible for the commissioning of HVDC systems worldwide.
