Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop our tools to bring maximum value to the Customer Success team.
  • Assist in the implementation and adoption of customer success enablement tools and technologies.
  • Maintain and improve customer success enablement tools and technologies.
  • Provide training and support to customer success representatives on systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer success initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze customer success performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key customer success metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the customer success team to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as customer segmentation and scoring and upselling campaigns.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business strategies and goals.

Requirements

  • CRM knowledge is mandatory (Hubspot is a plus).
  • Organization and attention to detail is a must.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard.
  • Experience in creating complex reports, dashboards, and documenting processes.
