Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Novasyte. As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of clinical trials in the dermatology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects of full scope, including regional and global projects, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and obstacles.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide training and support to project team members as needed.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of capability and proposal defense presentations to prospective clients.
  • Support Contracts and Proposals with final project contract execution and CIS documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of direct clinical trial experience in a CRO or research-related organization, with at least one year of management experience.
  • Previous experience in managing people within a scientific/clinical environment is preferred.
  • Clinical Monitoring or Data Management experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and work in a matrix team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
