We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Novasyte. As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of clinical trials in the dermatology space.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects of full scope, including regional and global projects, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and obstacles.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide training and support to project team members as needed.
- Assist in the development and delivery of capability and proposal defense presentations to prospective clients.
- Support Contracts and Proposals with final project contract execution and CIS documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years of direct clinical trial experience in a CRO or research-related organization, with at least one year of management experience.
- Previous experience in managing people within a scientific/clinical environment is preferred.
- Clinical Monitoring or Data Management experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and work in a matrix team environment.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
