As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role ensuring the administration that underpins all the onboarding process for new hires in the region is completed accurately. You will lead a team of 6 members, ensuring the continued quality and integrity of data by performing regular data audits and reconciliations.

• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data audits and reconciliations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders on HR data-related policies and processes.
• Continuously improve ways of working to remove manual data input and/or extracts.
• Provide analysis of content usage and end-user feedback.
• Engage with content owners to flag and facilitate resolution of content-related issues.
• Maintain employees' information on MySuccess and associated HR systems, ensuring it is up to date, accurate, and compliant with GDPR and Kerry standards.
• Ensure SLAs are met and attend escalations.
• Utilize reporting and analytical skills to provide HR insights to the business.

• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work through the team.
• Ability to work with large data sets effectively and interpret and synthesize large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, process-oriented.
• Experience working in a multi-national, multi-lingual, and culturally diverse environment.
• Customer focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English.
