As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role attending the LATAM region, ensuring the administration that underpins all the onboarding process for new hires in the region is completed accurately, leading 6 team members.

• Ensure the continued quality & integrity of data by performing regular data audits and reconciliations.
• Provide guidance & support provision of training to end-users and key stakeholders on HR data related policies and processes.
• Continuously improve ways of working looking for opportunities to remove manual data input and/or extracts.
• Provide analysis of content usage and end-user feedback.
• Engage with the relevant content owners to flag and facilitate resolution of content related issues.
• Maintain employees’ information on MySuccess and associated HR systems ensuring it is up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR, legal compliance, and Kerry standards.
• Ensure SLAs are met and attend escalations.
• Utilize efficient reporting and analytical skills to work proactively to run reports to provide HR insights to the business.

• Highly organized, with a demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work through his/her team.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets effectively and efficiently, as well as interpret and synthesize large volumes of data with clarity in a concise and well-presented format.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, process-oriented.
• Experience of working in a multi-national, multi-lingual, and culturally diverse environment, both locally and remotely serviced.
• Customer focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese & English.
