**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Intern to join our team at BAT Mexico. This role will be part of the Marketing area and will play a crucial part in driving digital innovation and business growth.
**Estimated Salary:** $30,000 - $40,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience).

BAT Mexico is looking for talented individuals to help drive our digital transformation journey. As a Digital Transformation Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will help shape the future of our business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute business tracking metrics and reporting routines to enable key insights;
- Build a story behind the dashboard and reporting analytics, manage global stakeholders, and be the source of truth for hub data;
- Provide processes and performance improvement recommendations;
- Collaborate with DBS MX teams to develop agile methodologies in all areas;
- SUPPORT IN BUILDING AND AUDITING INTERNAL GLOBAL PROJECT DOCUMENTATION;
- Create templates that document project requirements and updates;
- Project Managers Budget Management and Purchase Order creations along 3rd parties management.
**Requirements:**
- C1 English Level;
- Active Student in bachelor of: Finance, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Innovation or related careers;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) and attention to detail;
- 30 hours per week availability that can be flexible according to academic workload;
- Well-organized and strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Familiarity with Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI);
- Able to work in a diverse cultural environment and efficient communicator and influencer.
