Role Overview

The primary role of Regulatory Technologist is to collaborate with the Kerry Regulatory team, supporting regulatory queries from internal and external stakeholders.

This position entails working in partnership with the team to execute and operate various regulatory processes and procedures efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct administrative duties within defined guidelines.
  • Manage technical documents and data accurately, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Coordinate responses to internal and external stakeholders by providing technical documentation.
  • Liaise with RD&A, QA, and Operations for technical documentation review and document control.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to overall department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Familiarity with food regulatory and legislative knowledge.
  • Ability to repeat processes consistently.
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish, Polish) an asset.
  • Technical competencies: computer literate with Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with SAP and Optiva systems advantageous.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in the food industry, particularly in Regulatory, Quality Assurance, or R&D.
  • Food industry knowledge.
  • Analytical, self-starter, decisive, and able to perform under pressure; team player.
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
