The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Sourcing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional, and rewarding environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain proactive and constructive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement multi-faceted sourcing strategies to meet client needs.
  • Manage a high-performing sourcing team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain talent pool strategies and monitor conversions of talent pools into hires.
  • Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement, and opportunities to enhance the scope of the service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver a seamless service to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivery in the recruitment industry.
  • Previous experience managing a team to achieve targets.
  • Strong people management potential/interest/experience with a focus on people development and performance improvement.
  • Evidence of managing large recruitment projects and the responsibilities involved, including stakeholder management, project delivery, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
