The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Sourcing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional, and rewarding environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain proactive and constructive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Design and implement multi-faceted sourcing strategies to meet client needs.
- Manage a high-performing sourcing team to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and maintain talent pool strategies and monitor conversions of talent pools into hires.
- Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement, and opportunities to enhance the scope of the service to clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver a seamless service to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivery in the recruitment industry.
- Previous experience managing a team to achieve targets.
- Strong people management potential/interest/experience with a focus on people development and performance improvement.
- Evidence of managing large recruitment projects and the responsibilities involved, including stakeholder management, project delivery, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
