Job Summary:

Our Design Hub is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Proposal Development: Collaborate with our sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with our senior management team to develop and execute our business development strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
  • Market Expansion: Identify geographic or industry expansion opportunities and develop plans to enter new markets.
  • Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build relationships and represent our company.

Requirements:

  • Language: English (100% proficiency required)
  • Work Schedule: Full-time
  • Compensation: $25,000.00 per month
  • Benefits: Flexible work hours, monthly bonus
