We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Lead in Monterrey, Mexico. This role will support the deployment of the ultimate control tower structure for LANCAR, enabling us to capture and use near-real-time operational data from across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate loss analysis exercises for all factories and external manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement digitalization initiatives.
  • Follow up on the implementation of actions and opportunities derived from loss analysis exercises.
  • Develop and deploy digital tools and reports to support supply chain optimization.
  • Lead the implementation of transformational projects and tools for LANCAR supply chain.
