Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development team and drive the technical strategy for our Shared Platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and non-technical aspects of the development process, guiding and mentoring a team of software engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical services that support Kueski's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Compose and shape your team, aligning skills with objectives. Understand and nurture team members' strengths, development areas, and engagement.
  • Technical Strategy: Lead as a software engineering expert, setting the direction for technical excellence. Maintain high standards, provide feedback, and encourage learning.
  • Product Management: Shape and implement a product vision and roadmap that enables Kueski's products; while making sure it aligns with the technical strategy within the tribe.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing software development teams
